Magnuson HOOD - need help
Anyone out there have a modified http://www.motorcitymold.com
hood that was modified (cut) to fit the Magnuson supercharger?
(Rumor has it was purchased from Zip products)
I am working with them to create a hood that will clear
but need pictures to show the clearance issue with the
hood design..
They are getting daily inquiries for a hood for the magnuson
and this would help!

I have one of the Motor City Mold hoods and have seen a number of other ones, but none that have been modified to accept the Magnuson supercharger. I would think it would be a major job to change it around to fit. If you have good fiberglass skills, then it certainly could be done.

I like the supercharger, but the hoods... YIKES!
I've been hoping someone might come up with something better. I'd think a simple "bump," without the standard "butt-crack" down the middle could be more aesthetic, overall. :yesnod:
