LT Header wrap
I’m looking to buy some LT Headers for my C5. Are there any required supporting modifications particularly in the engine bay for the extra heat? Would it be a wise idea to wrap my headers in an exhaust heat wrap to prevent anything from being burnt/too hot?

A wrap will collect road debris and water. A coating (Jet hot, Cerakote, etc) is my preferred method for keeping heat down. Coated trans tunnel plates can help.

However my first C5 had long tubes and none of this, I drove it daily in Georgia. Improvements are nice but with any mod, is it worth to the owner, depends on the owner.
