I really appreciate your help to start with, because of that I know you have gotten me on the right track. After work yesterday I de pinned all the wires accept the PCM,BCM the Purple wire and the pink wire. The car starts and stalls immediately with reduce engine power. I think you got it down to it's the PCM?, ignition switch?, or the harness?
OK, so again is the car running with the BCM and PCM jumped together ????…why did you not de pin the pink wire…the pink wire is the RCLDR…if the car does not start with the BCM and PCM jumped together you will have to check power and grounds on each of those modules…if a module has a good power and ground that module is bad…if you have a scan tool you can jump the purple wire to the PCM…if you can communicate with the PCM that module is OK…if the PCM is good we can assume the BCM is bad but you still want to check its powers and grounds…this is all the help I can give you…good luck and maybe best if you take the car to an auto electric shop.
Well thanks for your help but I did take it to a corvette place on a wreaker like I stated earlier they keep it for a month and I brought it back on a wreaker they said the car was flooded and cited the different color carpet as a tell tell sign and tried to buy it for 2500 dollars I've owned the car since 2005 and changed the carpet and interior myself for the color. I've checked all the ground connectors and found no corrosion. But anyway thanks for your help.
