Car is stuck

After cleaning all the grounds in the engine bay my 03 doesn’t want to move and shows the service column lock in the DIC why? Never had any issue before

What does "cleaning" mean? Does it mean you disconnected/reconnected grounds in the engine bay with the battery still connected? Also, do you have a CLB?

battery have been disconnected before I disconnect any of the grounds for cleaning. What’s a CLB

You can try disconnecting and reconnecting the battery. The BCM may have gotten out of sync.
