Another window problem
C5 Vert - 8 years ago I had someone replace my pass side window regulator, it worked well although much slower than the original.
Yesterday when running the window up I heard a loud snap or crack and the window stopped. I managed to get it back all the way down but it won't respond to the up or down switch. Unlike last time when I try the switch now I hear the motor running but the window doesn't move. Is there another part I may need or will it be another regulator?
