see the images below for reference. Since it seems that there’s some blockage in the oil passages. I’d like to pour a little oil into the passage temporarily so I can run the car long enough to get it on and off the trailer. After I move the car I’ll take the engine apart or at least dig deeper into the issue.
Is the section of the drawing circled in red the vent for the oil passages? Is the section circled in red on the picture the same section circled in red on the drawing?

No, and it can't be, right? The valley cover nipple is for the PCV, and it is at the front of the engine(second image). The first image shows the encircled area at the rear of the engine...and is demonstrating the oil path. What am I missing here?
The area circled in the diagrams looks to be to oil pressure sensor in the back of the motor.
Why do you think an oil passage is clogged. Oil Pressure sensors are a common failure point in C5s and usually peg the guage when broken but might fluctuate.

I think the oil passage is clogged for a couple reasons:
> while idling, the engine smokes only on the passenger side. Hard to tell where it’s coming from though.
> after removing the valve cover, I found that there’s puddles of oil around the valve springs except for the rear-most cylinder where’s it’s completely dry.
If you pull the rocker arms off, I'd look at the tips of the push rods and cups of the rocks for anything out of the norm. They are often rough if something clogged the oil passage in the pushrod.
