Driver Front wheel well

Guys, Is this a two piece part? Can I just replace the outer shell ( over the wheel )
Anyone who has replaced one your advice or tips are appreciated.

For a C5 factory wheel?

Yes, A stock C5 wheel. It looks like the outer half of the wheel well is attached with fasteners. And the inner is glued to the frame. I was hoping I could just replace the outer half.

Sorry, I'm not following. C5 wheels are cast or forged one piece except for the center cap. Can you post a pic of what you are talking about ?
