need help with TQ converter quick
Will a vig 3200 need reprograming on the pcm on a 1998 C5. Will it throw a slip code. Some one is selling theirs off a camaro will it work on a C5.

if you dont change the gear you shouldnt get a slip code, as far as I know an ls1 f-body converter will NOT work in a C5, I believe an LT1 4L60e converter will though. I would call/e-mail a converter manufacturer to make sure..
It is honestly so much of a pain to swap converters in these cars I would go new unless you know exactly where it came from, the last vig I bought from tbyrne was here in 3 days. Swapping converters is not something you want to do twice on these.
