Default After Market Intake Manifold

So I am trying to solicitate opinions . I have a 1998 c5 stock. I have an opportunity to purchase an aftermarket intake manifold from Htostar. Made in China. Looks like a sheet metal deal. Motor and exhaust is all stock.

Does anyone know if this will fit under thee cowl of a C5? From searching on their web site I don't see they make any more then one model.

Also it comes with both fuel rails , no injectors.

On a 97,98 the fuel supply is a loop , supply and return. At the back of the aftermarket drivers fuel rail it is open. And the back of the passengers fuel rail it is closed. There is a hose that connects the front of each fuel rail. So , does the factory supply hose hook into the back of the drivers fuel rail and does the return hose hook into the back of the passenger rail. This does give it in theory a supply and return loop.

But I have never installed an aftermarket intake on an LS, so I don't know for sure. Or should I go with what the 99-04's do and have a supply only?
If so what changes will I have to make? New fuel pump? etc.

In addition the aftermarket intake manifold comes with a 102 throttle body. And because of that I will need to get an aftermarket cold air intake.
How will the 102 effect my engine performance, will throttle roll on be the same or more abrupt? Will the 102 effect my torque and will it put the torque further up or down the rpm range? OR any other change I have not thought about?

Also, Will I need to get a tune because I will have installed and aftermarket intake manifold and cold air intake?

The aftermarket intake did not come with fuel injectors. Can I use the ones on my car now?

Thanks, Disco Denny

So you are going to bolt on a brand X Chinese manifold with a 102mm throttle body .....on a stock engine? I'll apologize for the sarcasm up front....but other than wasting time and money, what is the goal here?

2 things.

first no way would this tall boy fit underneath a C5 hood:

second and more importantly, the c5 is throttle by wire, this manifold is cable driven:

Most importantly, that manifold will kill all the low end performance on a stock LS1.
If you just have to make a manifold change, find a used stock Z06 manifold or buy a new Dorman Z06 manifold to put on it.
