Torque Converter help
Hello all, I am about to go all in and cam my 2001 c5. i am most likely going with a TSP torquer v2. I am wanting to get a 3200 stall torque converter but i am concerned about driving it with no tune. I will do the converter first on one weekend and then cam the next weekend. i drive about 40 miles everyday. will i be okay with no tune for the week between the converter and cam install? also any recommendations on torque converter brands or anything i should ask for on the tune would be great.

I have a yank 3200 along with 3.73 gear. Yank converters are great, so are Vigilante and Circle D. Yes you are going to need a tune. Rent a car for a week. Borrow a car from a family member, etc…
3200 converter is probably all you need for the street. 3600 or 4000 if you’re going for drag times. 1st gear will be a spin fest. You will have to ease into the throttle. Have fun, good luck.
