1. Yesterday: disconnected the battery for 15 minutes to initiate Bend Actuator recalibration. Reconnected: Electrical activity restored. Did not start the engine.

2. Today: Entered car, all normal lights on, went to start car: a click, and everything shut-down immediately. All electrical activity terminated. Disconnected battery and reconnected after a few minutes. Electrical system fully restored.

Subsequently Ignition system turned on (no attempt to start) and recalibration process worked. Bend actuators seem to be working fine.

Processed codes: no issues. Did not attempt to start again before getting feedback as to the cause of the starting problem.

Is it within the realm of possibilities that you did not tighten the battery cables enough? There is a torque spec by the way.

You do not have to disconnect the battery for the calibration....
1) Turn off Ignition
2) Remove Fuse 27 (HVACCON)
3) Wait 60 seconds
4) install fuse
