How can i confirm if a c5 tac module is in fully functional working condition with it removed from the vehicle or on the vehicle? The car is missing the bcm and tumbler so cant power on. Is there a way to diode, continuity or voltage test?

You must have a fully functional car, I don't believe you can bench test it, for one thing it needs a functional seriel data buss, which without a BCM it doesn't have. Might try to find a reputable company that can test the TAC module.
Do they normally go bad or usually no issues? I had a 99 for 2 years and didnt have any issues just regular repairs and cam headers i added. I have an 04 gto now still cable driven like my 98 z28 was and seen the GTO 05-06 has a tac module that may sometime fail.

Its from a vehicle that had the engine removed before purchasing other then that its complete.
I had sold it after being harassed with sound or other frequencies military controls type of things over paint since 2013. I've been busy since late 2012 and had forgotten how old they were before purchasing it in 2021. I also had a 95 z28 in 2008 and a 98 z28 hardtop both 6 speeds and a classic 66 in 2006. I think most are ragged out these days but the f-bodies I had were pretty good condition. The c5 I bought stock noticed needed driveshaft couplers and bought the aluminum 10mm solid couples on eBay, tsp headers, Elgin 1839 cam 220/224, pac1219s texas speed pushrods as well as a new aftermarket balancer. I had it running like the other vehicles I've had just in 2017 I someone rear ended my 2001 Ford escort I bought with blown head gasket in late 2012 I had been driving that since. Anyway that accident did alot of body damages so I bought the c5 as a new daily sold it to buy a GTO as they are newer and gm didn't have much available. I use to live by San Antonio raceway but they recently shut down so I didn't get a track time on the Corvette it was the 3.15 gear performance axle package.

Lol mine are in the above posts. The 66, 98 z28 hardtop, 99 c5, 04 w40 GTO. The only one I own now is the 04 GTO my dad still owns a 00 convertible is why I occasionally show up here. They're kind of cool why were you asking or what difference does it make? The manual says 52ftlbs for 10mm couplers and 66ft lbs for 12mm I did put the aluminum solid couplers at 70ft lbs I had chatted with you in 2021 but had disappeared.
I had decided to get out of the c5 alot of fiberglass expensive parts. The Camaro z28 6 speeds and m12 GTO trans with z06 c5 gearing are cool too the Corvette was compact. The red one 99 I had sold bought the GTO 04 put tsp headers hard to say which is better but I think the GTO is a bit nicer. The tsp headers on the c5 hit the oil pan I had hammered them. The 66 is from when I was 16-17 2006-2007 and sold it disassembled in 2021 after that escort wreck and found a daily driver c5. The z28 I had sold for a family emergency in 2014 I bought stock in 2009 hardtop 6 speed and put an s475 turbo 6-9lbs the graph is 6lb dyno and the 375whp tq is small bullit cam, Manley duals, ud pulley, hooker headers and spec 2+ clutch.
Are you still talking about your original post?? I'm not the brightest person but i didn't see anything about a tac question in this post.

Yeah I was just saying that I still work a 00 convertible my dad owns. That's the tac module I was referring to but as it doesn't have a bcm I can't just plug in an OBD2 connector live data and check throttle percentage.
