In need of pcv component

I just removed and replaced my intake on my 02 coupe and found the pictured piece cracked. It attaches the PCV valve to the throttle body. I looked and it seems even the complete pcv hose kits don’t include. Does anyone know where I could get one ot what I could use instead?

Some have used this Dorman fitting for some portion of the C5 PCV.

Dorman 46036 PCV Tube Assembly Compatible with Select Ford Models
