I'm probably just late to the party on this but seeing that I have not come across mention of these before on the forum I thought it worthy to share.
ICT makes several adapter plates for various Intake vs TB needs. I've seen tuner pieces from Holley and similar which sent me down this road but ICT is the only one I have found so far who offers multiple conversion options in either direction and also makes a point to list them and their associated part numbers.
