TR227/224 .569/.563 114 LSA users???
I am looking for some feedback from forum members using this cam. Is anyone using this cam with the factory heads??? I thought I had made up my mind, but I may be getting greedy... :reddevil

Actually, this is a VERY popular cam. If you look on the LS1 boards you will see many F-body guys using this cam.
There are several 'vette owners with this cam. JmX recommended this cam to me, and a couple other people, and everyone I've talked to (including myself) absolutely love the cam. With stock heads, proper tunning (main point) you should see around 30rwhp increase.

The 227 cam is a great cam with tuning. If you are looking to go more agressive there is the 230/226 that makes a little more power and a little more lope. Either cam with stock heads works great with the correct tuning

I've never tried the cam with stock heads, but with my GTP/Thunder racing heads it rocks. After trying 8 or 9 LS1 cams I'm finally in love. BTW, if you are going to get heads in the future and go with a reverse split cam like the 227/224, make sure you get heads suited to that cam profile. The GTP's for sure seem to love it, and I'm sure quite a few other brands do as well.

Everything said and done I guess I have decided to stick with the TR224/224/.561/.114lsa cam with a Blackwing and a set of FLPs... :D
