Does anyone know what these noises could be?

No idea what you mean by "static sound", but the tick is very clear. Alleviate external rotating items by removing the belts and running briefly. It does sound like a tick from the top end. Use a mechanics stethoscope and see if you can isolate to a cylinder/bank....if so, remove the valve cover and check for a broken spring, rocker issue, etc.
