Default 2002 C5 driver window doesn't do anything

Power windows... 2002 So my drivers side window stopped working. I've looked at everything I could think of and it still doesn't work. Tried a new switch, because my old one (aftermarket) had some blown non-replaceable bulbs. Nope. Tried a new motor/regulator assembly. Still nope. Swapped a known good door control module. Still not it. Stumped. And slightly annoyed. Anyone else had these issues? Seems like there's no fuse to control it separately from the door control module, and I know the modules are good because every other button on the master switch functions except the drivers side window. What do?¿

No, not with either one. I suppose they could both be bad. Is it really loud enough to hear?

Yup, if it's quiet you'll hear it click.

Not sure how much you've been in the door, try moving the wiring around. It gets this "memory" to it and loses connection at the Connector.
Perfect example of that is the bundle in the Door Grommet there on the drivers side, that's a known thing in C5's.

My 02 Z06 the drivers window will stay up but the Relay clicks. I took it apart, took the Motor Casing off and cleaned the contacts, lubed them, still does it. You changed stuff out so it eliminates that.

I just smack the Door Handle and it goes down. Some stuff works when you hit it.

Do you at least have a 12 volt test light and know how to use it ??…wiring diagram for your 02 below…having a factory level or aftermarket equivalent makes diagnosing these issues so much easier as you can see if it’s an input or an output problem…any “B” or body codes stored ??

I'd try a bi-directional scan tool, see if the window functions with that. And using such a tool you can probably see if the switches are working too.

I tried to check with my scanner and I didn't see where I could actuate the windows. It's funny - I can do a full ABS bleed and acutation test but not mess with windows.... might need to dig in settings a bit.

Post the brand and model Stingroo, maybe I can find the instruction manual online.
Nobody likes to RTFM more than me.

I have a Launch CRP123X with the paid GM update.

Haven't really been driving the C5 much so it isn't mission critical but it is annoying for sure lol

Found the user manual but nothing about the GM update.
Looks like you MIGHT be able to see the switch status under the Data Stream section but it's not clear.

You shouldn’t need any GM updates to look at inputs and outputs…things like this aren’t part of an update…can you look at live data in the Driver Door Module ??
