No running lights

No running lights
Was on my way home tonight and my dash lights and running lights went out. Headlights continued working. Once I got home Headlights will not go down but they do turn on.
Also i just noticed one fog light was flickering and now is not working. Stereo,interior lights, windows and all guages are working. Thank you for your help
