'00 No FOB after start engine
Hi, I need advice on my 2000 C5:
Problem:
The FOB works correctly until I start the engine. At that point it stops working until I disconnect and reconnect the battery again. When I do this it works correctly without having to train it again.
Checks:
- Battery is fully charged.
- The controller battery is new and the connectors are clean.
- I have no errors or messages in the DIC
- When the FOB fails I can't sync it either by pressing LOCK+UNLOCK.
- When starting the engine I see that the battery voltage goes down to 9,7V but not always. I take this measurement on the battery itself.
- I don't know if it is related but I think this problem started when I deactivated the F45 system using a “Tech2 clone” and disconnecting all the wires from the module located in the trunk.
