Digging through and replacing things that look like they could be problematic. (crank, no start issue after an LS2 swap in my 2002 Z)
The under the footwell fuse panel has 3 fuses I'm not confidently finding replacements.
Two are the same silver 20a bladed circuit breakers and they're not that much larger than a standard bladed fuse (they're bigger, but size-approximate)
The other is what I think is a maxi-circuit breaker bladed fuse that's MUCH bigger than a standard fuse.
For the smaller two, Amazon shows p/n 12088575, but cross referencing at gm parts direct dot com says it won't work with an 02, even though it looks identical. (which is never a guarantee, obvs)
So you have a “crank no start” and you are seeing if there are fuses that can be causing this after you swapped in an LS2 ??…what fuses ??..if it is a crank no start I think you need to be digging a little deeper than replacing fuses.
Yeah I'm confused as to why you are under the footwell, isn't that one for like cabin lights and dash and CD changers and crap?... I know the fuel relay is in the engine fuse box cause I just had to hotwire it.
You have crank (and I presume compression), so that leaves fuel and spark... Did you run codes? ... Was it running when you pulled the LS6 out? So many variables!

Everything I can think of is connected properly, so it should be ready to go.
I had a nasty draw that would kill the battery in an evening and it turned out to be a relay stuck open, so if one was bad from sitting for 5 years, it doesn't hurt me to replace thrbrwst, just in case, since I'm already in there.
So, before I chase anything else, including my tail, I want to make sure I'm starting from a place where I know all the relays are new.
So that brings me back around to my original question: can anyone confirm the part number (or share a link) for the solver bladed circuit breakers in the footwell so I can make sure I'm getting the right ones?
Wow those look nasty for something inside the cabin. You might want to post in tech or scan.
Sitting in 2 feet of water? That looks bad, like it was flooded at one point. Now I understand, you can't trust anything electrical.
GPT seems to think it's a Dominator REP-1169 auto-reset breaker:
That DOMINATOR REP-1169 looks like a circuit breaker rather than a standard fuse.
C5 Corvettes use a few of these metal "auto-reset" breakers for high-load circuits.
Likely from something like power seats, windows, or HVAC blower motor.
I don't think you will find one new though... it says you should try to find a12V replacement with the same pin configuration/amperage (which should be stamped on)
I can't be 100% sure, but I don't think the car was in a flood or anything like that. (no water line marks, it doesn't smell like it was completely submerged, etc...)
One of the door window seals definitely leaks and I think that moisture intrusion is what caused these issue inside.
What's especially strange is how the door remote stopped working.
When I brought it home, I could use the key fob to open the trunk and doors, but they stopped working at some point during the motor swap and I have no idea how or why.
My 97 coupe fob works, and then mysteriously stops working, I do the relearn and it works for awhile. It doesn't really bother me, I think it's just something that happens when you own a older car.
When I bought mine the passenger door lock didn't work, a week later the drivers went too... They go bad from sitting I think. There is a guy on here who replaces the solenoids and ships them back.

What's especially strange is how I can't program a second fob.
It'll show me the initial program option for a new fob, but won't advance to the secondary menu of "hold lock/unlock buttons" to actually program it.
