Default F45 Delete procedure needed with Tech 2

I've tried to Google and YouTube this everyway I can think of and just haven't found a clear way. I have a 02 C5 w/ the F45 option that I'm rebuilding the entire suspension on and part of that is getting rid of the original shocks and going with Bilstein's. I also have a tech 2.

I've read the instruction on http://www.stopforce.com/RPO.html but that didn't work. Then I've read you do that THEN unplug the computer in the rear driver side hatch.I haven't tried this yet because the computer had 2 identical harnesses. So do I do the tech 2 steps then unplug both of the identical harness from this computer? It only 1 and if 1 what one is it? Any help would be appreciated as I didn't want to mess the car up.

That silver boxed computer there is only for the F45 suspension. You can completely unplug it whenever the instructions direct you to and completely remove it from the car. That alone with the 4 shock sensors and probably any functioning shocks can be sold easily online.

I chose to leave the harness itself in the car. Why cut up the wiring? Also why leave the driver trunk cubby with a giant hole to the outside? I bought covers for the harness ends at each corner to keep the connectors and wiring clean on the chassis side of the harness for the F45 parts.

I read this thread as well but when I looked at the computer in my car, there was no grey connecter, only 2 orange ones, which confused me. Per Tusc, they are both for the F45 so I will follow that write up and unplug both connectors instead of the grey one and will report back.
