Default Steering rack installment help

I am currently finishing up a harmonic balancer replacement, but I’m struggling to attack the steering rack to the steering column. I made sure that my steering wheel was locked in place and it most definitely should have not moved, and is still in the same position. It was however locked down while facing a bit to the right. I'm wondering if it may be how I have the steering rack inserted, currently when trying to put the steering rack bolts back on it seems that I have to lift the steering rack up and then slide in the bolts then drop the rack back down and that doesn't seem right. I've wiggled it around a bit but that has not seemed to have gotten me much anywhere as of now.

Default Pulled tie rods

I’m thinking it may have been a tug or two on the tie rods

Just finish installing rack. Either push/pull on tie rods to get it lined up with steering wheel or turn the wheel to line that up. Nothing to worry about.

This doesn't need to be complicated. Get the rack mounted to the subframe and push/pull the rods to get it recentered and attach the linkage.
