I'm diagnosing some electrical issues, and was probing around the c1/c2/c3 electrical connectors under the fuse box by the battery with my multimeter in continuity mode, I suspect I sent some current where it shouldn't have gone.
Symptoms: no "made by corvette" or whatever it says on startup, but it does show door ajar and the "service active handling" that's been on for awhile. I clear those with the reset button and it goes blank. Doesn't show any info, no matter what buttons I press. Then I turn the car back off again and it shows the service active handling message, and then the odometer. Sometimes on start up it shows the "corvette" start up screen for like a tenth of a second.
I don't even know where to start with this one... Is it time for a new IPC?
