Is there anyone he knows what's the part name for this one ? is there any replacement for it ? the piece are very sticky and it's look like have foam or sponge around it and it's destroyed ..do l can tighter around this piece with tape cloth fabric insulation ?

I may well be wrong, but it looks like you’re pointing at the hvac I/S AIR TEMP SENS ASPIRATOR DUCT muffler, GM 1649040, A/C Delco 15-71626, discontinued of course. If it is the muffler, a picture of a new one shows a plastic frame with polyurethane foam wrap, which would make sense, as the foam reverts over time, turning to sticky goo.

Perfect this is what I'm looking for but why this piece wrap with polyurethane foam ?
Either for anti-rattle or for filtering air -- would have to look at one to know, and that's not a tiny amount of work. That said, my ignition switch is going to hell in a handbasket.
