Left Blinker/running lights connection

Default Left Blinker/running lights connection
New here and looking for info on connection for left blinker/running light plug on 2002 coupe. Bought car from Corvette Warehouse in Dallas and their tech taped up a connection under the headlight but it has come apart again. No hyperflash, no blinker or running light on left side. Does anyone know if the harness is replaceable or how to access it?
