Replaced ds fuel pump (Bosch). Replaced ps sending unit. (Ac Delco). Gauge is working in reverse. (As I read, this is due to a change they made). Instead of dropping the tanks again for the 7th time, could I pop the fender wells out and just swap the pins on the wires? Would that reverse the readings?

the resistor boards the fuel level senders contact got changed as to reading high to low or low to high. I don't recall which was the latest, but on my 04 c5 I had the same issue. I had to swap to my original sender boards.
After i think 2007 the swap was made to read a lower amount rather than artifically full upon sensor failure. You can try to find someone to invert the tables with a computer
