I seem to recall there being a trick to it (be at certain angle or something), but I can't recall what it was. I do recall it being kind of a pain, but no damage was necessary. Try a search on here?
Two years ago (I think)I bought replacements then did the removal 'dance' and finally was able to remove them. I did not install the new ones. I wanted to see if I missed them. The answer; NO! I enjoy more windshield visibility.
Watch the video. You place a screwdriver in the slot, then rotate the visor arm and they pop right out.
the video doesnt show what i am asking. I am asking about the small hook that holds the sun visor on the far end. When you close it, the little black clip that holds it in place between the rear view mirror and visor.
