Rear End Metallic Rattle
Can't find the source of a rattle I get on decel and when slightly reving the engine while at idle and in neutral.
Sound does not change when pressing in the clutch, I checked the common H pipe hanger springs and they were not the culprit.
Video link below. Any advice is appreciated.

Been researching like crazy and have seen it could be torque tube related? Likely the bearings inside the torque tube failed?

To me, that sounds similar to the loose plate I have inside one of my mufflers.

I've read that somewhere that the baffle plates inside become loose over time.

Jackstands won't cut it. If you don't have a lift, take it to a trusted shop. Everyone is just guessing.

Traced down the issue with a stethoscope. Sound is coming from the factory H pipe. Something is jingling inside there.

Could it be exhaust flutter/jingle from the under sized holes in the h pipe?

Yep, that or that piece is loose inside. The sound is definitely coming from there. Taking it to a muffler shop right now

It was the H pipe, installed an X pipe and the rattle went away

Glad it was resolved. I guess I'm buying an x pipe now, I am in the same boat.

More than likely the H pipe, hanger springs, or down stream o2 sensors
