Is there a CAM FAQ or tutorial?
I see these numbers thrown around, but have no idea what 224/224 LSA114 means?!?! Is there a doc/faq somewhere that explains what is what? I DO understand how cams work, but have yet to learn how to choose one based on numbers.

Highly simplified....
intake lift / exhaust lift / lsa(lobe separation angle) / duration( degrees open)
224 / 224 / .114 / .561
