ASP pulley kit VS ATI balancer??
I plan on turning about 7200 rpm out of my new motor and want to go with an underdrive set up. Do I need the ATI balancer? What is the difference in the underdrive ratio of the ATI and ASP?
Thanks, Dale

The ATI ballancer is stock size. The ASP is smaller giving you more HP to the rear wheels. :smash:

I believe ATI makes an underdriven super dampner as well which i definitely the way I would go if you are going to do a ton of racing at high RPM. The balancer helps take harmonics out of the rotating assembly.. It is quite expensive, but well worth it for a race motor in my opinion.
I am putting one on my 565ci Big Block Chevy motor I am getting built.

ATI makes some pretty good stuff (IMHO).
