Recently, my idle has gotten a little rough on my 99 FRC. It has also shown a decrease in gas mileage from about 22.5 average to about 17.9 average in the last 4 months. I don't know if I have original plugs as I bought it at 15k miles, but it now has 28k and I am thinking about the new fancy 4 point platinum plugs. Anyone have any experiences with plugs? Also, is swapping plugs an all day job like it was in my 99 camaro?

If the plugs that are in your car are the original Delco plugs there is a pretty good chance that some of them are bad. The very small piece of platinum that is attached to the bottom electrode seems to disappear. This leaves are large gap.
I replaced my stock plugs with NGK TR55IX plugs. It took me about 2 hours but it would have been faster if I had taken the coil pack and air injector tube off first thing. (They block access to plug 7)
