My original motor and mast had to be replaced. Ordered a new one which is supposed to be a direct replacement. Installed but does not work. Cannot get the mast to go up/down.Of course wire colors do not match.Has anyone had a similar problem

Replaced why? For the same problem, or something different? Have you done the minimum 12v and ground checks at the connector?

The motor connector should plug into a harness with an orange, green, and black wire. You should have 12v on the orange wire at all times, 12v on the green wire when you turn on the radio, and a ground on the black wire.
