Hey guys, I’m doing the transmission on my 2001 manual c5 with the 3.42 rear and, and noticed some abnormalities where the transmission output shaft goes into the differential. It looks like some of the metal is broken off, but looking at some for sale on ebay, they all have that abnormalitiy, even the performance built ones. I was wondering if anyone knows if they are supposed to look like this or if I should be concerned. this is a picture of mine, if you notice the metal that looks broken.
