Getting ready to install Moog end links all the way around on my 99. When I google the torque it says 53 lbs. I went to Moogs website and it says 59 ft lbs. It also cautions on over tightening. There were no written instructions in any of the boxes. Could someone please confirm what torgue setting they used on their Moog ? Probably not necessary but I was also thinking about using a little blue thread locker. Thanks for your comments !

Curious why you would not follow the manufacturers recommended torque? Did Moog also recommend blue threadlocker with their toque spec?
I had the Moog tie rod ends and stabilizer links placed on both front ends of the c5 and c6. What a huge difference it made on the C6! Just a little bit improvement on the C5 which had 3 times as many miles. I have the rear for the C5 ready to install, waiting on the rear shocks to arrive. I could not find a part number for the rear end by moog for their tie rod ends, does anyone have that? Please make sure when you get the wheel balance following your rod/links installation, your shop has the updated software for your particular model.

I might be more inclined to check the alignment than the balance. Not sure the rod/link installation would affect tire/wheel balance, but I do get that check annually regardless.
Probably a bit late to the game... but I maintain a full list of all torque values and there's a downloadable PDF you can get and print out to keep around the shop when working on your C5. Really makes life easy!

That's quite a list. No mention if the fastner requires anything on the threads that contributes to the recommended torque value though. For example, the torque spec recorded for the intake or exhaust manifold bolts is correct, but no mention of required threadlocker....which makes a difference in the torque.
