in the attached, the relays are all in the same orientation except the fuel pump relay. Is there a right / wrong orientation for the 8567 relay ?

Yep, silly.
The relay coil wants 12v or ground on contact 85 or 86, it does not care which. Contacts 87 and 30 are just connecting line and load side.
