also is this information available for free online or is there somewhere I should go?
I also don’t have a physical manual for this car which may be needed if it keeps persisting.
again thank you and updates soon

13. Yes 1.6v battery is dying but still in range
14. Way to high like .7 k ohms and other was 1.1 m ohms, Yes OL
15. PCM fully removed. Tested the tac 16pin plug serial wires #12,13 both OL
17. Yes measures at .0-.5 ohms
18. 1.5 volts on Both 12 and 13 (brown and orange and black)
I have 2 TCM’s and they don’t change anything, pcm connectors have lots of white dust corrosion so I’ll see about contact cleaner and dielectric grease for them. I’ll charge battery and see in the morning. Idk what I’ll do if the pcm is dead, seems like for a 97 it’s around 2k for one. The other years are a lot cheaper but idk if they plug and play. Also will find an obd2 scanner and see if it can’t find any accelerator pedal position, (hp tuners could not).
and ideas are super helpful, even if it’s clean the grounds again, I have not got to the ones that are behind the block or under the headers.
pcm connections all look like this
The Best of Corvette for Corvette Enthusiasts
at one point in time the car would not get out of limp mode and I unplugged and re plugged in the tac module and it drove fine for 10 or so.
might take apart fuse block or just start running a ton of grounds. Idk I’m lost now.
