Yes it should soon, the LTFT's will continue to update until the STFT reach 0. In other words once STFT's reach 0 the LTFT's will be pretty much consistent, so you are getting pretty close to it. The STFT can be seen as the instanteous value the car is reading from the sensors where as the LTFT's are the learned values from averaging the STFT's.

I am hoping I finally nailed down those high LTFT's at Idle (-10).. This happened after the LS6 Intake manifold.
Some of the intake bolts were not as tight as others. I just worked my way from the center of the manifold, crossing over each side and working towards each end...About a 1/8 turn at a time..Till they were all snug..
