Have you picked a kit yet? I have no experience, but when I was looking at cagekits offerings I noticed they have a list of certified installers, and wonder if most of the major kit makers might not have similar information.
Cagekits lists Texas Drift Academy in Austin— perhaps not as close as you would like, but perhaps an option.
