Default VXdiag / Tech2Win help needed!

New to this forum.... I recently purchased a VXdiag Nano with their 'complimentary' Tech2Win/GDS2 software downloads. For the past 2 weeks I've been struggling to get this cloned software running (Tech2Win mostly) on a dedicated Windows 7 32-bit machine. Their support has been ineffective, and I'm ready to throw in the towel and just get a general scan tool and use the a J2534 passthrough for any future flashing.

If there are any Tech2 Win/Nano experts out there, I'd like to IM them. I'm lost with the error messages I get with the programs installed.

I've used the FORscan on Fords for years, that's the gold standard of user friendly and reliable.

For starters, there's a lot of good info covered in Amazon reviews shared by people who achieved success. Have you gone through all of that already?

Just get yourself an aftermarket factory level scan tool and a Cardaq +3.

What error messages are you getting? You have to follow the installation instructions exactly. Inorder.for.it to work

I have run Tech2win for 5-10 years with no problems ,and installed it on several laptops .
BUT you have to disable virus program while you do the install the correct way.like C5MSG2004Vert says

I enjoy to use the Tech2win on a 15" inch laptopscreen together with a screenrecorder software installed on the laptop

I picked this up recently and am also having a hell of a time. Directions are crap, links are broken... this is garbage!

Closest I've gotten thus far is Tech2Win starts up, I get options... and it suddenly errors out right as it should connect.

10/10 cannot recommend in it's current state.
