Poll - Which gears for modified M6?
I"m going to upgrade the gears on my 99 coupe M6. I'm also performing modes to get me 425-450HP. I drive the car every day so I want it to be drivable around town, as well as on the occasional burn through the hills. What diff should I go for? :confused:

Unless you plan to run ET Streets on your car, I'd go for 3:73-3:90's.
Although, a lot of the NJ crew run 4:10's on their cars.
BTW, 4:11's are not available for C5's. :)

West Coast Corvette offers all 3 options.
How will putting on the 3.90 change the driving of the car. I guess 0-60 times are quicker and top speed is lower, but what will my engine be reving at highway speeds?

I would get the 3.90's for your application. If you are going to get more HP in the future I would stick to the 3.73's With the HP I have now I may go back to the 3.42's...
