Ground Cleaning Question

Default Ground Cleaning Question
I have been cleaning the ground points on my 2001 C5 and I found these silver items (see pictures) next to the four grounds in the engine compartment. I do know that an 18mm socket fits perfectly but they do not budge. Are they in some way associated with the grounds? Sorry about the size of the pictures, I couldn't find how to resize them.

Don't try to turn them, they are the front cradle bolts and are held in place by the Pop rivets.
