2002 Z06 has a no start condition.
I checked the TDR relay. Jumping across the purple and red wire engages the starter.
Checking across the black yellow wire I can see it go to ground
On the yellow wire, I am not getting 12 V
I tracked the yellow wire back to the clutch switch, and I am not getting 12 V at the clutch switch on the purple wire which turns into the yellow wire on the opposite side of the closed side of the switch headed to TDR.
I’m looking over the schematic the next point in the system is the ignition switch.
I changed out the ignition switch, but checking out the purple wire at the clutch switch. I’m still getting 0V DC when the key is engaged.
Any other suggestions, or anything that I’ve missed?
You will have to check fuse 14 to see if it's got 12v from the Ignition switch when you hold the key in the start position. I will mention that brand new Ignition switches can be bad stright out of the box, most of them are made in China.

The next point was fuse 14 ....not the ignition switch.
Ok, so I assume you mean 12v at load and line side of the fuse?
If so, check contact "A" (red wire) of ignition switch connector C2(black). If that is good, you have to make sure 12v is getting across the switch with the key in START. Here is a good thread from the Master .....mapping out the contacts.

correct, checking both before and after the fuse to verify power and continuity.
