Thanks, their is a alignment pin in the bell housing and it looks like one in the clutch itself. Clutch seems to run as it should. I bought a boroscope to see if i can see up inside before everything comes down

That's a crucial part. There's major pressure, heat, chatter and whatever else going on in there. Your on borrowed time. Just saying, not telling you what to do.
