no. As long as the ride height stays the same, you should be OK. However, it might be a good idea just the make sure it was aligned right to begin with.

As long as the ride height stays the same and you don't disconnect or move any of the suspension mounting bolts, then you are okay if the car is in alignment now.
Sometimes the gas shocks are a bit difficult to get out. The best way that I have found is to disconnect the sway bars, jack up (compress) the suspension. Safety wire the shock in the fully compressed condition, then unbolt, then allow the suspension to droop. The shock will almost fall out. I do the same in reverse to put the new ones in.
