I have a 2001 Corvette and when I scanned it, it pulled 40 codes. Some times it will pull 26-30 but most times it will be 40. A lot of them say low voltage or high voltage on a sensor. I replaced all 4 02 sensors and the ect sensor and the codes are still there leading me to believe it’s a bad ground. I will add photos of the codes given, please share any thoughts or suggestions, thanks.
I seriously doubt these are all "CURRENT" DTC's !!...if this is the first time you scannned for trouble codes these may ALL be "HISTORY" ones...is this some cheap phone scan tool APP you're using ??...erase ALL of them and see if any return the next ignition cycle...are you new to this stuff ??...also, a trouble code is not a part to be changed !!
Do as C5 Diag adviced and scan the the codes on your car with the cars own IPC & buttons
shown in the video below .
Report what is left of CURRENT DTC codes

on the dtc, there’s only about 15 H codes but on the scanner it shows all that, the scanner I used was a Zurich zr11s, the pictures are downloaded to my phone from the scanner it’s not one of those plug in app type scanners. I’ve tried erasing them but occasionally there’s 23-32 codes (scanned every day) however when I try to erase a code, it jumps to 40 codes. Same thing exact thing happened when I used autozones scanners to clear codes.

I have no idea what you are doing but I do think you should bring your car to a professional diagnostician...your Zurich scan tool is only a "code reader" and will only read Powertrain and possibly ABS DTC's. !!!
