I just replaced all four tie rod ends and the tires on my 2003 convertible and have now noticed the rear end wobbles over bumps. Do I just need to get an alignment?

An alignment is required to for your tire warranty at a minimum. Given the tie rod end replacement with new tires, the first destination should have been directly to the alignment shop.
Thanks for responses. I'll be getting it aligned once the weather breaks. Forgive the ignorance, but I'm new to the performance car world and having driven rather generic/prozaic used sedans & beaters most of my life, where things like alignment were rarely an issue or even worried about, it's been an adjustment seeing to this car's needs and making sure I take care of it right, which I intend to do. Thanks again everyone!

YOU not worring about the integrity and alignment of your suspension on previous vehicles does not mean it is not important. It is important on ALL vehicles. Especially when replacing suspension components and tires.
