Default SWPS issue diagnosis

Alright, yet another Steering wheel position sensor thread haha. So I've been getting codes 1287 and 1288 for a while now. I resoldered mt y ebcm per the standard practice and these codes were still present, but did get rid of 1214 code. Before and after the repair I still was getting a intermittent code for 1287/1288 which would cause short term abs activation and make the car swerve.

So I replaced the swps with a new one from standard motor products. It seemed at first to be fixed but now my code comes back in a different type of manner, typically within the first couple minutes of driving, sometimes before i even start moving the vehicle. And it usually is a current code, not history with the previous sensor.

So i took some measurements of the voltage to the signal pins (b/t blue and green wires). See video below. It usually shows about 2.5 V at center and then goes to around 2V 90 degrees either way. But I did notice that it goes almost to zero randomly. Is this normal? What are the expected voltages at the various steering wheel angles?

Let me know if the video link works?
