Default C5 problems

Hi friends
Have some issues that you might be able to help out with
1 I have a P0480 code that keeps coming on, i changed out the stock radiator for a aluminum one and the stock fans as well. The car seems to be running a bit hot .
Any suggestions as to the next course of action.
2 I have replaced the blower motor and resistor and while it threw a lot of air outside the dash, it barely moves the air when fully installed. is it possible that an actuator door is stuck? before installing I vacuumed out the ac unit with a shop vac hose so there is minimal if any debris in it.
3 i have a oil leak in the front of the engine that seems to be getting worse. 2 years ago I had the timing set, front main seal harmonic balancer, timing cover and water pump replaced with ones I bought at Summit Racing. Possible culprit -> upper oil pan gasket?

Any guidance on any of these issues would be GREATLY APPRECIATED. BTW the car is a 2000 base model with around 90K on the clock

For problem number 2, when you are in vent mode, do you feel air blowing out the defrost or to the floor? Can you switch modes from floor to vent to defrost?

Damn, I hope you did not change all those parts because of that DTC which is most likely a relay or wiring problem.
Can you read schematics? Do you have a DMM and test light?

By saying you replaced the "resistor", I assume you have manual HVAC and not Automatic (digital display) HVAC. What troubleshooting led to the replacement of the blower and resistor?

No one can guess this problem for you. Degrease the area and wipe down. Add dye to the oil. Monitor to find the origin of the leak.
