Turn off interior lights?

Default Turn off interior lights?
So, 2002 Z06. I see the left of steering wheel small round button. How do you turn the interior lights off so when you have doors open while interior detailing they stay off.

Is that the dimmer button?

Sorry, but i have restored many over 50 years, engine rebuilds, frame off restorations, etc., but 100% lost on this!!

Honestly, I have never seen a car where you could turn off the courtesy lights manually, and certainly not on a C5.
