If you're talking about something like S1 Sequential, no. No one makes something like that for the Corvette. However, sequential transmissions are available for the C5-C7's.
And then for what it's worth, some folks have been actively swapping in the GM 8L90 transmission into C5s. Those can be built by aftermarket shops to do some serious work. It just depends on what you're after and why you want to switch up your transmission action.

The shift is too quick for synchronizers and blocker rings. For a faceplated gearset, it isn't too big of a deal as they need to be shifted as fast and forceful as possible.

For cars with NLS built in, it's not so bad. You can even reduce the amount of spark cut between shifts for quicker shifting recovery.

I don't think you understand. The shifter physically shifts the gears faster than the synchros and blocker rings can handle. Has nothing to do with no lift shift.
